• Arrival/Departure Dates
• Number of Guests

RESERVATION REQUEST

• The request is not a confirmed reservation until the guest is contacted by a Villa Maya representative and the reservation is secured with a non-refundable deposit. Once the reservation is secured by a deposit, a confirmation will be issued.

• We have a 72-hour prior to arrival cancellation policy. If the reservation is not cancelled prior to three days before the confirmed arrival date, the guest will be charged the remaining balance of the original reservation.
